By using NOM Studios services, booking sessions, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below.

Program Name and Description

NOM Studios SMS Program

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from NOM Studios including booking confirmations, session reminders, studio updates, promotional offers, and important notifications related to our podcast studio services. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 516-344-8597. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially through our website or contact our studio directly, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Studio Terms & Conditions

All individuals using NOM Studios facilities, whether as clients, guests, or visitors, must abide by these studio terms and conditions. Entry to the studio constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment Terms

• Payment due in full by day of filming/recording session • Late payments subject to 15% service charge applied automatically • Credit card processing fee of 3.5% applies to all card transactions • Returned checks subject to $35 processing fee plus any bank charges • Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services and legal action

Studio Session Terms

• Studio time begins promptly at scheduled start time regardless of client arrival time • Late arrivals will not receive extension of session time • Sessions running over allocated time will be charged at prevailing hourly rate in 15-minute increments • 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid full session charge • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance • No-shows will be charged full session fee • Studio access requires signed waiver and agreement to terms

Recording & Deliverables

• Raw audio files provided via secure download link within 24-48 hours of session completion • Files remain available for download for 30 days post-session • Additional file formats, editing services, or extended storage available upon request for additional fee • Client is solely responsible for backup of final deliverables after 30-day period • NOM Studios retains no responsibility for file recovery after deletion

Studio Policies & Conduct

• Only water permitted in studio areas - no food or other beverages allowed • Professional conduct expected at all times - disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances strictly prohibited on premises • NOM Studios not responsible for personal items left on premises • Equipment tampering or damage will result in repair/replacement charges • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times • Studio dress code: business casual or professional attire required

Content & Rights

• Client assumes full responsibility for all content recorded and obtains all necessary rights/permissions • Client warrants content does not infringe on third-party rights or contain illegal material • NOM Studios retains absolute right to refuse service for inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content • Client indemnifies NOM Studios against any claims arising from recorded content • NOM Studios may use brief excerpts for promotional purposes unless client opts out in writing

Liability & Indemnification

• Client uses studio facilities at own risk and releases NOM Studios from liability • Client indemnifies NOM Studios against claims arising from client's use of facilities • NOM Studios liability limited to session fees paid - no consequential damages • Force majeure events (weather, power outages, etc.) may result in session rescheduling without penalty to either party • Equipment failure will result in session rescheduling or refund at NOM Studios' discretion

Intellectual Property

• Client retains ownership of recorded content • NOM Studios retains ownership of all production techniques, methods, and studio innovations • Client grants NOM Studios perpetual license to use client name and project for portfolio/marketing purposes

Termination & Breach

• NOM Studios reserves right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms • Breach includes but not limited to: non-payment, inappropriate conduct, equipment damage, or content violations • No refunds provided for termination due to client breach • Persistent violations may result in permanent ban from facilities

Health & Safety

• All persons must comply with posted safety guidelines • Medical conditions that may affect session must be disclosed in advance • Emergency contact information required for all bookings • NOM Studios reserves right to refuse entry for health/safety reasons
